The RockDogs are very excited about their new official merchandise range that’s just been launched.
Although Zeke was concerned that the marketing department needs to have a good long hard look at itself. I mean look how big this cap is! Who on earth's gonna be able to fit into this. I can understand the need for sun protection but this thing's bigger than a satellite dish.
"Yeah", said Smegs, "I ordered a large sized shirt, cause I’m a large sort of a guy and look what I get sent out. I think someone over in the dispatch department is playing silly buggers with us. They’re trying to have a go!"
And Spike questioned why the RockDogs official merchandise range features a cute teddy bear? After all how sissy is that?
Zeke did reassure everyone about the quality of the official RockDogs merchandise: “Although we felt that the sizing was a little large for us. It must be noted that just about all of the lines available have been manufactured in a high quality factory in China.”
Eric quickly added "..and China is where all the top stuff is coming from nowadays. So it’s like a reassuring confidence of quality!”
"What’s more, just like all great collector’s items, you’ll find our range is “all sold separately”
During the RockDogs photo shoot the lads took time out to test drive their board game prototype. "It's in the final stages of testing. It's a fantastic game where you play the manager and have to come up with the most cunning way to make your band famous" said Zeke. Eric added "We've just got to do a few tweaks, find a distribution company and I guess work out a marketing strategy and then it's all systems go"
